I loved reading from the moment I could read & loved writing from the moment I could write.
I read everything, but reading science fiction novels was heaven. I wrote my first science fiction story when I was nine years old. Ever since, plots and characters for new novels continue to emerge.
Since my first awareness of myself as existing, I have felt the presence of a higher power. In high school, I was keenly aware of the craziness of the world and believed there had to be some underlying explanation. That's how my journey for a deeper truth began.
A dissertation some years later, exploring the evolution of consciousness with the support of new physics and mysticism, partially yielded answers.
I was born clairvoyant, and quite late in life, I started working as a professional psychic. Psychically seeing energy provided further explanations about the nature of reality and gave me a direct experience of what I wrote about in my dissertation.
Meanwhile, ideas for science fiction novels kept emerging, and Ariel in particular. She simply would not leave me alone. One day I woke up to that fact and started writing.
Ariel lives in a world where everyone is psychic. So, of course, in writing Ariel, I drew on my own psychic experiences.
Other characters are pounding on the doors of my consciousness, ready to come out into the world. They are so impatient!
